摘　　要：近年来,随着我国医院改革的推进,PPP模式在非营利性医院中已有尝试。融资路径的合法化构建是非营利性医院PPP项目顺利实施并取得成功的前提。本文分析我国非营利性医院PPP项目的融资现状与法律困境,在考察域外医院特殊融资路径的法律制度基础上,提出完善我国非营利性医院PPP项目特殊融资路径的法律制度,为多元化办医提供立法借鉴。profit hospitals. Financing status and legal difficulties of PPP project in non-profit hospital were analyzed in this paper. And based on the investigation of legal system of special financing path in hospital abroad, legal system of special financing path has been put forward to perfect PPP project in non-profit hospital in China. It also provides legislation basis for medical organization with various forms.
