摘　　要：癌性发热是癌症常见的伴发症状,热型无明显规律,不同程度地影响患者的生存期和生活质量。中医认为,癌性发热病因病机复杂,总体上说属于本虚标实。中医治疗重视辨证施治,虽然见效慢,但作用较持久,且无明显副作用,对缓解病情及控制肿瘤具有积极作用,从而提高了患者的生存质量,延长了生存期。Fever was a common symptoms associated with cancer, showed no obvious rule, affected the survival and quality of life of patients in varying degrees. From the perspective of TCM, the etiology and pathogenesis were complex, on the whole, belonged to Benxu Biaoshi. Differential treatment was taken seriously in TCM treatment. Although the TCM therapy took effect slowly, showed a lasting curative effect, and with no obvious side effects, played a positive role in relieving symptoms and controlling tumor, thus improved the quality of life and prolonged the survival.
