镇眩汤治疗美尼尔氏综合征38例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨镇眩汤对美尼尔氏综合征患者的治疗作用及其治疗机制。方法:38例美尼尔氏综合征患者服用镇眩汤治疗,一日一剂,一周为一个疗程,观察临床疗效。结果:38例患者临床均治愈,服用1个疗程后,痊愈29例,服用2个疗程后,痊愈9例,总有效率及治愈率均为100%。结论:镇眩汤治疗美尼尔氏综合征疗效显著。Objective： To explore efficacy of the Zhenxuan decoction on labyrinthine syndrome. Methods： 38 cases received the Zhenxuan decoction, 1 time per day, 1 week as 1 course. Results： 38 cases were cured. In these cases, 29 cases were cured in 1 course, and 9 cases were cured in 2 courses. The total efficiency was 100%, same with the curing efficiency. Conclusion： Treating labyrinthine syndrome with the Zhenxuan decoction can gain good efficacy.
