摘　　要：目的:观察内外合治法治疗小儿湿热型泄泻的临床疗效。方法:将120例患儿随机分为3组,在西医基础治疗上分别给予中药散剂口服、三字经流派小儿推拿疗法及两者内外合治法治疗。结果:3组疗效比较,以内外合治法疗效最佳。结论:中医辨证内外合治法治疗小儿湿热型泄泻疗效肯定,方法简单,易于操作。Objective： To observe clinical effects of internal and external treatment on damp-heat diarrhea in children. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into three groups, and received oral TCM powder, Sanzijing genre pediatric massage therapy and both of them on the basis of western medicine treatment respectively. Results： The internal and external treatment method showed a best effect. Conclusion： The internal and external treatment on damp-heat diarrhea in children was effective, simple, and easy to operate.
