耳针联合倍他司汀治疗椎基底动脉供血不足临床疗效回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的:回顾性分析耳针联合倍他司汀治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的临床疗效及安全性。方法:回顾分析本院2011年1月-2013年12月收治的56例椎基底动脉供血不足患者,依据纠正眩晕的治疗方法分为两组。对照组给予低分子右旋糖酐,观察组给予耳针联合倍他司汀。结果:观察组在临床疗效、椎基底动脉血液动力学改善等方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组患者均未出现肝肾功能损害等严重不良反应,不良反应发生率分别为7.14%和3.57%,组间差别比较无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:耳针联合倍他司汀治疗椎基底动脉供血不足疗效显著且安全可靠,值得临床选择和推广。Objective To retrospectively analyze clinical effects and safety of auricular acupuncture plus Betahistine on vertebralbasilar insufficiency. Methods： 56 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was given low molecular dextran;the observed group was treated by auricular acupuncture plus Betahistine. Results： The total efficiency and vertebral-basilar arteryhemodynamic improvement in the observed group were both obviously better, P〈0.05. There were no serious adverse reactions such ashepatorenal damage; and adverse reactions were 7.14% in the control group and 3.57% in the observed group, with no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Auricular acupuncture plus Betahistine on vertebral basilar insufficiency showed a significant effects, with safety,and was worthy of promotion.
