摘　　要：笔者从事临床基层针灸工作多年,对单穴治疗临床急症有深刻的体会,本文详述从单穴治疗临床急症4例,包括针刺腰痛点配合腰部运动治疗急性腰扭伤、针刺阳陵泉治疗急性胆绞痛、针刺后溪治疗落枕、一针擅入环跳穴治疗单纯坐骨神经痛。经临床实践,该法选穴单一,方法简单,效果独特,经济适用。For many years work in clinical acupuncture treatment, the author does have profound experience for treating medicalemergency, by a single acu-point in the treatment. Acupuncture points for lumbar back pain plus exercise therapy, the Yanglingquanacupoint for acute biliary colic, the Houxi for stiff neck, the Huantiao for sciatica. Clinical application of 4 acu-points was affordable,simple and effective.
