中医药治疗气道高反应性咳嗽的机理探讨

摘　　要：由于大气污染加重,气道高反应性咳嗽在疾病谱中的比重日渐增高,西医治疗有一定的效果,但疗效不够显著。本文论述了气道高反应性咳嗽的病因分布及其所属的中医范畴,并对近年来中医药治疗此病的思路进行了归纳,还对导师宋鲁成教授治疗此病的用药经验进行了分析。With increasing air pollution, the proportion of respiratory tract hyperreactivity cough gradually increased. Westernmedicine showed a certain effect on the disease; but the effect was not obvious. In this article, the etiology and TCM category of the diseasewere discussed; ideas for treating the disease in TCM were summarized in recent years; Medication experience of Professor Song Luchengfor treating this disease was analyzed.
