摘　　要：目的:探讨高压氧治疗重型颅脑损伤患者的临床疗效。方法:选择2014年3月-2015年3月收治的重型颅脑损伤患者84例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用神经外科常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予高压氧治疗,比较2组治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的临床疗效、GCS评分结果和TCD检查结果均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:常规法联合高压氧治疗重型颅脑损伤有较好的临床疗效。Objective： To evaluate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment for patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Methods： 84 cases with severe traumatic brain injury in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The control group was treated by neurosurgical conventional therapy,and the observation group was added with hyperbaric oxygen in treatment. Results： After the treatment,the observation group showed better results than the control group in terms of the curative effect,GCS scores,and TCD. Conclusion： Hyperbaric oxygen therapy has good curative effect for patients with severe traumatic brain injury. It＇s worth to be spread and applied.
