摘　　要：为了解决现有游梁式抽油机使用的减速器、皮带传动机构难以满足长冲程、低冲次,以及配套小功率电动机节能要求的矛盾,并能从零起动和对负荷进行实时检测记录的需求,研发了一种用于油田游梁式抽油机使用的节能皮带轮减速器。In order to solve the problem of existing beam pumping unit reducer,the belt transmission mechanism is difficult to meet the long stroke and low speed,the contradiction of the energy requirements and form a complete set of small power motor,and the start from zero and real- time detection of load records can be carried out. An energy- saving pulley gear reducer of beam pumping unit used for oilfield is developed.
