摘　　要：2004年印发并实施的《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》对规范我国抗菌药物临床管理和合理使用起到了积极的促进作用。为顺应感染性疾病流行病学的变化及新抗菌药物品种的上市和使用、进一步提高临床合理使用抗菌药物的水准,国家卫生计生委组织专家修订、充实并印发了《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则(2015年版)》。本文介绍《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则(2015年版)》的修订背景、过程、主要内容变更和作用定位。The promulgation and enforcement of the Guiding Principles for Clinical Application of Antimicrobial Agents（2004 version） played a key role in standardizing the management and promoting the rational use in clinic. To meet the changes of bacterial epidemiology and new antibacterial agents listed in recent years,National Health and Family Planning Commission had organized experts to revise and enrich the principles,and the new version was promulgated in Jun 2015. This paper reviews the background,process,main changes of the two versions as well as the orientation of the principle.
