实施《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》的成效分析

摘　　要：《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》(《指导原则》)是指导临床医师合理使用抗菌药物的纲领性文件,其从2004年印发、实施后,对规范临床合理使用抗菌药物、延缓细菌耐药性发展起到了积极的作用。本文从抗菌药物临床使用的行政管理、监测指标值以及细菌耐药性变化三大方面来总结《指导原则》实施10余年来所取得的成效。The Guiding Principle for Clinical Application of Antimicrobial agents（Guideline for short） is a programmatic document for doctors to rationally use antibacterials. The Guideline has played an active role in standardizing the clinically rational use of antibacterials and delaying the development of bacterial resistance since its publication and implementation in 2004. This article summarizes the effectiveness made in more than ten years of the implementation of the Guidieline from three aspects such as the management of clinical application of antibacterials,the change of the monitoring index and the bacterial resistance.
