摘 要:目的考察盐酸昂丹司琼注射液和注射用地塞米松磷酸钠的配伍相容性。方法模拟临床输液实际情况,在室温(25℃)不避光环境下,将临床常用量盐酸昂丹司琼在5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液输液袋中与注射用地塞米松磷酸钠混合配伍,分别在0(配置后即刻)、3、6、24 h观察外观,测定不溶性微粒、p H值、盐酸昂丹司琼和地塞米松磷酸钠的药物浓度。结果上述配伍输液在24 h内均无浑浊、无变色、无沉淀和气体产生等,不溶性微粒符合规定标准,p H值和两种药物浓度保持恒定。结论临床常用量盐酸昂丹司琼注射液可以与注射用地塞米松磷酸钠在常用输液中配伍使用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the compatibility of dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection and ondansetron hydro-chloride injection. METHODS The dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection and ondansetron hydrochloride injection were dis- solved with 5% glucose injection and 0. 9% sodium chloride injection respectively at commonly used concentrations in clinic. The contents of dexamethasone sodium phosphate and ondansetron hydrochloride were determined by HPLC at 0, 3, 6, and 24 h after the prep- aration of solution. Meanwhile, the pH and number of indiscerptible particles in these solutions were also determined. RESULTS The mixtures of the two drugs were highly stable within 24 h, without obvious change in pH and color. The numbers of insoluble particles greater than 10 and 25 μm were acceptable. CONCLUSION Dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection is compatible with ondansetron hydrochloride injection.
