摘　　要：河北大学把培育和践行社会主义核心价值观作为基层党建和思想政治教育工作的根本任务,积极探索适合自身实际和学生特点的党员教育新模式,在预备党员和大一新生中全力实施"筑基工程"。"筑基工程"是该校"滴灌式"思想政治教育模式的细化和深化,是社会主义核心价值观在高校落地生根的创新举措,产生了积极的社会影响。Hebei University considers cultivating and practicing the socialism core values as the basic task of basic-level party construction and ideological and political education,actively explores new patterns of party members＇ education which is suitable for students＇ practical situation and characteristics,implements the＂Foundation Construction Project＂in the probationary party members and freshmen.＂Foundation Construction Project＂,is a refining and deepening of the＂dripping irrigation type education＂mode of the Hebei University＇s ideological and political education,an innovative measure of the socialist core values taking roots in university,and has positive social impacts.
