摘  要:目的分析从小儿烧伤感染患者标本中分离出的病原菌及其耐药性资料,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法收集某院269例小儿烧伤感染患者(年龄≤8岁)标本中分离出的细菌培养资料,对病原菌分布及药敏结果进行统计分析。结果 (1)共分离出406株病原菌,来源创面感染菌株362株占89.2%;(2)检出病原菌中以革兰阴性菌居多284株(70.0%),其中铜绿假单胞菌102株(25.1%);(3)多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌(MDR-AB)检出率偏高(67.2%),对米诺环素、替加环素敏感;金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素、利奈唑胺、替考拉宁尚未发现耐药。结论小儿烧伤患者最常见的感染为烧伤创面感染,以革兰阴性杆菌为主,鲍曼氏不动杆菌多重耐药性检出率较高。Objective The study analyzed the data of pathogenic bacteria isolated from pediatric burn patients and the drug resistance of the bateria,aiming to provide a reference for clinical treatment of pediatric burn patients. Methods The data on bacterial culture isolated from 269 cases of pediatric burn patients( under the age of 8) in our hospital were collected,and the distribution of pathogenic bacteria and the result of drug sensitivity test were statistically analyzed. Results 1. A total of 406 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated,including 362 strains( 89. 2%) isolated from wound infections; 2. The main detected pathogens were gram- negative bacteria( 284 strains,70. 0%),including 102 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa( 25. 1%); 3. The positive rate of multidrug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii( MDR- AB) was high( 67. 2%),and the MDR- AB was sensitive to minocycline and tigecycline; resistance against vancomycin,linezolid,and teicoplanin was not observed in isolated Staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion Burn wound infection is the most common infection among pediatric burn patients. The main pathogens for the burn wound infection are gram- negative bacteria,and the positive rate of MDR-AB is high.
