四川凉山彝汉农民毒品使用情况及毒品认知的差异比较

摘　　要：目的了解凉山彝汉农民毒品使用情况及毒品认知的差异性。方法用自拟问卷对凉山毒品泛滥地区的彝汉族农民进行调查,有效调查1 001例(汉族456例,彝族545例)。结果汉族农民吸食毒品的比例为7.89%(36/456);彝族则为17.43%(95/545),组间有统计学差异(=19.85,P=0.00);吸毒农民的文化程度均以小学、文盲为主,组间有统计学差异(=12.72,P=0.00)。在吗啡、甲基苯丙胺、麻古、K粉、氯胺酮、杜冷丁的认知率上,汉族农民高于彝族农民(P<0.05)。汉族农民对毒品危害12个问题的正确认识率均高于彝族农民(P<0.05)。结论凉山农民人群中吸食毒品的比例较高,且彝汉农民在毒品滥用比例、毒品认知、毒品危害性认识上存在差异,提示政府除了要加强当地农民人群的禁毒教育外,还需按民族采取不同的禁毒方式。Objective The aim of this study was to analyze the difference of drug usage and drug awareness between Yi and Han farmers in Sichuan Liangshan. Methods An investigation on drug- related problems designed by our research group was successful conducted among 1 001 farmers（ including 545 Yi and 456 Han） in the area where drug abuse was prevalent.Results The proportion of drug use in Yi farmers was 17. 43%（ 95 /545）,in Han famers was 7. 89%（ 36 /456）. The difference was statistically significant（ = 19. 85,P〈0. 05）. The main educational level of drug users was primary school or illiteracy,but there was a significant differences between two groups（ = 12. 72,P〈0. 05）. Compared with Han farmers,Yi farmers had a worse cognition rate on these drugs,such as morphine,methamphetamine,Ma Gu,K powder,ketamine and dolantin（ P〈0. 05）,and also had a worse cognition rate on 12 questions about drug harms（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The high percentage of drug usage in farmers,combine with the significant differences in the proportion of drug abuse,recognition of drugs and drug harms,suggested that the government should reinforce the anti- drug education among farmers,and take different ways to control drug abuse on nationality.
