血培养中产β内酰胺酶的生痰二氧化碳嗜纤维菌的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：目的了解肿瘤、血液病患者或(和)免疫功能缺陷患者的血培养中的罕见病原菌-生痰二氧化碳嗜纤维菌。方法根据此菌在哥伦比亚血平板和巧克力平板上的生长情况和镜下特征,利用手工生化反应、VITEK2-Compact微生物鉴定仪、质谱仪VITEK MS进行鉴定。结果结合菌落形态和革兰染色特征,手工生化结果,VITEK2-Compact鉴定和质谱仪鉴定结果最终确定为生痰二氧化碳嗜纤维菌(Capnocytophaga sputigena)。结论白血病、肿瘤及长期使用免疫抑制剂患者的血培养较易分离出似二氧化碳嗜纤维菌之类的罕见病原菌。Objective The study aimed to assess a rare pathogen,Capnocytophaga sputigena,in blood culture of patients with cancer,blood disease and / or immune deficiency. Methods Capnocytophaga sputigena was identified by manual biochemical reactions,VITEK2- Compact microbial identification system,and VITEK MS mass spectrometer according to their growths and microscopic characteristics on Columbia and chocolate agars. Results Colonial morphology and Gram staining results obtained by manual biochemistry,VITEK2- Compact identification,and mass spectrometry characterization identified that the pathogen was Capnocytophaga sputigena. Conclusion Rare pathogen Capnocytophaga sputigena is more commonly found in blood culture of patients with leukemia or cancer or those under long- term use of immunosuppressors.
