摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤患者PICC置管化疗常见并发症的原因及防护对策。方法对24例PICC置管化疗的肿瘤患者的护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果 24例中除10例导管由外院带入,其余14例均一次性置管成功。置管期间2例发生导管堵管,穿刺点渗血、导管滑出、穿刺点感染、例导管破损各1例,经及时处理后均顺利完成化疗周期。结论 PICC置管成功率高,做好置管后并发症的预防及护理,能减少并发症的发生,减轻肿瘤患者的痛苦,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the causes and prevention of cancer patients with PICC tube common complications of chemotherapy strategies. Methods Totally 24 cases of PICC catheter chemotherapy of patients with tumor were retrospectively analyzed the nursing intervention. Results In 24 cases,except 10 cases of catheter by outside of hospital,the remaining 14 cases were successful disposable catheter,during catheter 2 cases of catheter blockage,1 case of the puncture site bleeding,1 case of ductal slide out,1 case of puncture point infection,1 case of catheter breakage,but after timely treatment all successful completion of chemotherapy cycle. Conclusion The PICC tube with high success rate,prevention and nursing the pipe,can reduce the incidence of complications,to alleviate the suffering of cancer patients,improve the quality of life.
