摘 要:高速、断续切削载荷作用下的铣刀,其内部不断积聚的能量会引起铣刀原子不可逆运动和宏观结构的改变,高速铣刀安全性具有跨尺度的关联特性。为了提高铣刀安全性,提出一种高速铣刀跨尺度设计方法。采用力连接的方法实现铣刀连续介质力学与分子动力学跨尺度关联,引入熵值法,定量描述铣刀介观安全性。构建铣刀安全性熵值模型,探究铣刀宏介观结构之间的关系,揭示铣刀宏介观安全性对铣刀直径、齿数、齿根结构、刀齿分布、刀片安装前角和铣刀原子群构型参数的响应特性。利用公理设计方法建立高速铣刀安全性跨尺度关联设计模型,并进行铣刀安全性试验验证。分析和试验结果表明,在铣刀高低熵值区内分别发生了属性和程度不同的原子不可逆运动,齿根结构和刀片安装前角对原子群构型具有显著性影响,利用高速铣刀跨尺度设计方法可以提高其安全性,从而为实现高速铣刀高效、可靠、稳定加工提供了保证。Cutter is under the action of intermittent cutting load in high speed milling,the energy keeps cumulating in the interior of cutter and causes irreversible movement of atomic and the change of macrostructure.Safety of high speed milling cutter presents trans-scale correlation characteristics.In order to improve the safety of cutter,a trans-scale design method on safety of high speed milling cutter is proposed.Trans-scale correlation is achieved by using the method of force connection between continuum mechanics and molecular dynamics.Based on the entropy evaluation method,mesoscopic safety of cutter is quantified.Safety entropy model is proposed,and the model is used to explore relationship between macro and mesoscopic structures of cutter.The response characteristic of cutter safety to its design parameters is revealed,the parameters are diameter,number of teeth,tooth root structure,installation rake angle and configuration parameters of atomic group.The trans-scale correlation design model of high speed milling cutter safety is established by using axiomatic design method,the safety of cutter is verified.The results of analysis and experiment show that the irreversible movement of atomic with different features and degrees occurs separately in high and low entropy area.Tooth root structure and installation rake angle that can have a significant effect on atomic configuration.The safety of cutter is improved by using trans-scale design method,and the high efficiency,reliable and stable manufacturing is guaranteed.
