摘 要:通过SEM扫描铝箔毛料中白条组织和正常组织,发现其化合物相的形状、形貌和种类相似,Al-Fe相呈球状,Al-Ti相既有球状的,也有粗杆状的;经过EDS能谱分析,在白条组织中发现有Ti和Fe的聚集物,富集的Ti、Fe聚集物是毛料中成分偏析的结果。在实际生产过程中,通过改进熔体精炼和铸轧相关工艺参数,减少结晶条件的差异,降低毛料中成分、组织偏析,使白条缺陷得到有效控制。The normal microstructure and white-stripe microstructure were analyzed for aluminum foil stocks. SEM analysis shows that they have similar shapes,morphologies and varieties. Al-Fe phases are spherical,while Al-Ti phases are spherical and rod-shaped. EDS analysis shows that the aggregates of Ti and Fe exist in the white-stripe microstructure. The results indicate that the aggregates of Ti and Fe enriched in the white-stripe microstructure are caused by the composition segregation in the stocks. In the production process,the white stripe defects can be effectively controlled by reducing composition and microstructure segregation via improving melt refinement,upgrading cast-rolling parameters,and reducing differences of crystallization conditions.
