摘　　要：为了实现多样化的舞台灯光效果,设计采用LG MASTER-K120S K7M-DR20U型号的PLC作为控制器,利用LG XP-10BKA/DC型号的触摸屏与PLC通讯,然后分别用KGL_WC与Panel Editor软件对PLC及触摸屏进行编程,并使用RS232转485串口线将电脑分别与PLC、触摸屏通讯并下载程序;实现了的舞台艺术灯饰的自动化控制系统。将舞台艺术灯与PLC连接,控制舞台艺术灯按规律闪烁,让灯光多样地呈现出人们需要的效果,给人们带来视觉的享受;用PLC控制舞台艺术灯饰提高了系统的可靠性,比传统的单片机控制更加灵活、便于修改。In order to achieve a variety of stage lighting effects,the design uses LG MASTER-K120 S K7M-DR20 U models of PLC as controller. Communicating with the PLC using the LG XP-10 BKA /DC models of touch screen. Then using KGL_WC and Panel Editor software to program PLC and touch screen. And using computer and RS232 serial line to 485 to communicate with PLC and touch screen respectively,and download the program. The stage lamp is connected to PLC. It will be achieved that control the laws of stagecraft lights flashing,let the lighting showing the effect of a variety as the people needs,bring visual enjoyment; controlling the stage art lighting with PLC improves the reliability of the system,control is more flexible than the traditional microcontroller,and easy to modify.
