摘　　要：随着电网规模快速发展,对高素质变电运行维护人员的需求快速增长。为了让高职学生能尽快适应岗位要求,高职学院需要开发变电运行规范化作业仿真教学系统来提高学生技能实训效果。变电运行规范化作业仿真教学系统包括规范化运行操作学习系统、考核系统、教师管理系统三大模块,利用三维技术、多媒体技术、网络技术、数据库技术对电气设备结构和操作技能知识点详细演示讲解,提供逼真的虚拟现实的学习环境和基于B/S结构的远程培训平台,构建一套新型的规范化运行操作及管理交互式教学系统,丰富了电气专业学生的技能实训手段,提高了专业技能实训效果。With the rapid development of power grid scale,demand for high-quality substation operators and maintainers has been increasing rapidly. Higher vocational colleges require to develop the substation standardized operation simulation teaching system to improve higher vocational students＇ skill to adapt the demand of post as soon as possible. The substation standardized operation simulation teaching system contains three modules： learning system of standardized operation,evaluation system and information system for teacher management. This simulation teaching system demonstrates in detail electrical equipment structure and operation skill knowledge by the technology of 3D,multimedia,network and database,etc.,which provides realistic learning environment in virtual reality and remote training platform based on B / S structure,constructs a new interactive training system of standardized operation and management. The simulation teaching system enriches the means of staff skills training for electrical major students,which improves the training effect of professional skills.
