完善我国政府例行性事务运行机制的途径分析

摘　　要：执行力是政府的生命力。政府对例行性事务的执行力直接影响其日常工作效率和群众满意度,而优化例行性事务的运行机制是提高政府执行力最前沿、最有效率及成本最低的途径之一。但由于政府部门组织机制和规则机制的不完善,使政府例行性事务的执行力受到影响。要解决这一问题,应该从优化部门分工机制、完善部门合作机制、审核当前规则机制以及创建新的规则机制四个方面入手。Execution is the vitality for government. Government execution of routine affairs directly affects their daily work efficiency and public satisfaction. To optimize operating mechanism of routine affairs is one of the most efficient and lowest cost ways to improve government execution. But organization mechanism and operating mechanism of our government departments are imperfect, which has influenced government execution of routine affairs. Therefore, efforts need to be made to optimize division of labor mechanism, strengthen cooperating mechanism, check current rules mechanism and carry out new rules mechanism of government departments.
