山羊TTF-1基因的表达及其分子生物学特性

摘　　要：甲状腺转录因子-1(TTF-1)是NKx组织特异性转录因子家族中的一员.TTF-1基因可能是调节哺乳动物初情期的关键基因.采取山羊的甲状腺、下丘脑、垂体、大脑、卵巢等与青春期发育和繁殖性能有关的组织样,采用RT-PCR方法来检测TTF-1基因在以上组织中的表达特性.结果表明:TTF-1基因在甲状腺、下丘脑、垂体、大脑、卵巢中均有表达,为进一步研究山羊TTF-1基因及其对哺乳动物繁殖性能的影响提供理论基础.Thyroid transcription factor-1 belongs to NKx tissues’ s specific transcription factor.Some studies indicate that TTF-1 gene could be a critical gene which regulate puberty of mammalian.The thyroid,hypothalamus,hypophysis,brain,ovary which have a close relation with mammalian’s adolescent development and reproductive trait were taked to detect the expression of TTF-1 m RNA in tissues through RT-PCR.The result indicated that the TTF-1 gene is expressed respectively in thyroid,hypothalamus,hypophysis,brain,ovary,giving theory basis for further study on the TTF-1 gene of goat and the effect on reproductive trait of mammalian.
