摘　　要：人脐带间充质干细胞(hUC-MSCs)是典型的多潜能干细胞,具有自我更新、增殖和分化的能力,从人脐带华通胶中分离,贴壁生长,形态呈成纤维细胞样。作为多能干细胞,hUC-MSCs容易获取,分离方法简单、快速,具有较高的增殖能力,其分化潜能在保存过程中损失最小。hUC-MSCs亦有较低的免疫原性,是细胞治疗的一个很好的选择。在特定的、合适的分化培养基中,hUC-MSCs可分化为骨、软骨、脂肪、心肌细胞、神经细胞、内皮细胞、肝细胞、肺上皮细胞和胰岛细胞等,但是在使用hUC-MSCs作为常规临床治疗方法之前还需要做更深入的研究。Human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells（hUC-MSCs） are typical of multipotent stem cells with the capacity of self-renewal,proliferation and differentiation.hUC-MSCs can be isolated from Wharton＇s Jelly of the human umbilical cord and take shape of an adherent,fibroblast-like population.As a pluripotent stem cel,hUC-MSCs are easy to obtain because of simple and quick isolation method with higher proliferative capacity,and the minimal loss of differentiation potency in the process of preservation.In addition,hUCMSCs are an excellent candidate for cell therapy because they have lower immunogenicity.In specific,suitable differentiation medium,hUC-MSCs can be differentiated into bone,cartilage,fat,myocardial cells,nerve cells,endothelial cells,liver cells,lung epithelial cells and islet cells.Nonetheless,it needs to be explored in depth before using these cells as a routine clinical therapy.
