摘  要:提升机盘形闸制动力矩影响因素较多,除了闸瓦制动力距、摩擦系数、液压系统工作压力、闸瓦间隙之外。在现场使用中发现,当联接螺栓未胀紧,盘形闸制动力满足不了提升机制动力要求;碟形弹簧在闸瓦闭合过程中的相对变形量大于闸瓦间隙。通过逻辑推理的方式,从力学、机械学方面对上述2种情况进行推理分析,得出上述2种情况均严重影响盘形闸制动力矩。Hoist disc brake braking torque influenced by many factors, in addition to the braking force from the brake shoe, the friction coefficient, the hydraulic system pressure, brake shoe clearance. Found in the field,when the connection is not up tight bolts, disc brake braking force can not meet the power demand of hoist; disc spring is relatively large deformation in the shoe closing process is greater than the brake shoe clearance. When the presence of the above two cases, were seriously affected hoist Moment. By way of logical reasoning, the analysis results reasoning, from mechanics mechanics aspects of in both cases were severely affected disc brake braking two cases above torque.
