摘 要:运用APDL参数化建立了7层橡胶钢板组合弹簧的有限元模型,对其在装配状态下的接触应力进行了分析,得到了其装配荷载下的应力云图。并同下列2种情况作了比较:1与层数、厚度相同的钢板弹簧做了比较;2层数不变,只增加橡胶层的厚度进行比较。结果表明,在相同的装配荷载下,组合弹簧各层的应力都比钢板弹簧的小,即其承载能力比钢板弹簧高,而且橡胶层的厚度越厚,其承载能力越高。The finite element model of seven cluster spring which combined by rubber and lear was built by APDL, and the stress nephogram under assembling was obtained by analysis its contact stress. Furthermore, it was compared with the follow two conditions: first, it was compared with the same layer and thickness leaf spring; second, the layer was invariable, but the rubber layer thickness was increased. The result show that the stress of cluster spring was lower than leaf spring, that is to say ,its bearing capacity is higher than leaf spring under the same assembling load, and the thickness was thicker, the bearing was higher.
