摘 要:针对钛合金加工过程中刀具磨损严重,刀具材料对切削性能影响较大等问题,采用无涂层和涂层硬质合金刀具进行干式车削钛合金Ti-6Al-4V试验,利用扫描电镜和X射线能谱仪研究刀具磨损机理,并通过刀具磨损、切削力和切削温度来评价不同刀具材料对钛合金的切削适应性。结果表明,钛合金车削加工时,与涂层硬质合金刀具相比,细晶粒的无涂层硬质合金刀具磨损、切削力和切削温度均较小,使用寿命长,切削性能最好;Ti Al N和Al Cr N合金复合涂层刀具切削力和切削温度随切削速度的变化较小,研究结果有助于切削刀具材料的合理选用及刀具磨损控制。In machining titanium alloys, tool wear is serious and tool materials have great effects on cutting performance of cutting tool. The uncoated carbide tools and coated carbide tools were used to for the experiments of dry turning titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V. A scanning electron microscopy (SEM)equipped with energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDS) was used to study tool wear mechanism. The cutting performance of tools, which were made of different materials, was evaluated through the tool wear, cutting force and cutting temperature. The results showed that in turning Ti-6Al-4V, compared with coated carbide tools, tool wear, cutting force and cutting temperature of uncoated carbide tool with fine grain are lower. The uncoated carbide tools showed much longer tool life and better cutting performance. The variation of cutting force and cutting temperature with cutting speed are not obvious when using the composite coating (TiAlN and AlCrN) carbide tool. The results can help to choose tool material reasonably and control tool wear.
