摘　　要：设计出一款集复合搅拌、精细过滤和自动控温等功能于一体,用于制作金属微结构的电铸装置。阐述了设计原理,并剖析了其结构组成。实验结果表明:制作的金属微结构形貌质量理想、厚度均匀性较好,该装置能够满足应用要求。An electroforming apparatus for metal microstructure fabrication, which integrating the functions of compound agitation, fine filtration and automatic temperature control, was designed. The design principle was elaborated, and the structural composition was also dissected. Experiments showed that the prepared metal microstructure with desired morphology quality and preferable thickness uniformity, which indicated that the designed electroforming apparatus for metal microstructure can meet the requests of application.
