黄铜化学镀锡层性能的研究

摘　　要：在黄铜基体上制备了银白色的化学镀锡层。用SEM观察了镀锡层的形貌和厚度,用EDS对镀锡层进行了成分分析,用XRD对镀锡层进行了物相分析,并测试了镀锡层的结合力、耐蚀性和钎焊性。结果表明:镀锡层的结合力、耐蚀性、钎焊性良好。Silvery electroless tin coating was prepared on brass. The morphology and thickness of tin coating were observed by SEM, the compositions were analyzed by EDS and XRD, and the binding force, corrosion resistance and solderability were also tested. Results showed that the tin coating exhibit favorable binding force, corrosion resistance and solderability.
