摘　　要：针对高压聚乙烯薄膜产品晶点(鱼眼)多、物理机械性能数据低于专利商提供的考核指标等问题,从成型加工的角度,探讨了工艺条件(包括熔体温度、挤出速率)对其薄膜产品性能的影响,获得了熔体温度和挤出速率与薄膜物理机械性能的相关性,最后提出了薄膜制备过程的关键控制条件。In terms of the problems on more fish eyes and the physical properties lower than the licensor- provided evaluation indicators of the high-pressure polyethylene film, this article analyzed the effect of technological conditions such as melt temperature and extrusion rate on the film properties from the perspective of molding, revealed the relativity on melt temperature and extrusion rate with the physical and mechanical properties of the film, and orooosed the key preparation conditions on the preferred film.
