摘  要:全塑混合成型中预置件表面温度对成型制件界面黏结强度起着至关重要的作用,针对注塑成型前对预置件表面进行快速而均匀加热的需求,以红外线陶瓷加热器为热源,设计和制造了注塑机普遍适用的预置件加热装置及电气控制系统。以连续玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯平板预置件为研究对象,实验研究了加热温度和加热距离对预置件表面升温速率的影响,通过优化得到最佳工艺为加热温度650℃,加热距离15 mm。将上述预置件表面加热到设定的220℃用时28 s。The temperature on the surface of the preset plays a key role on the interracial bond strength of the molded article in all-plastic hybrid molding. Aimed at the rapid and uniform heating demand of the preset's surface before injection molding, the injection molding machines generally applicable heating device and electrical control systems was designed and manufactured, which was based on infrared ceramic heater. The continuous glass fiber reinforced polypropylene flat preset was se|eeted for the study. The effect to heating temperature and heating distance on the heating rate of the preset's surface was researched through experiments. The optimal heating temperature and heating distance are 650 ℃ and 15 mm, respectively. The surface of the preset can be heated to a set value of 220 ℃in 28 s.
