摘 要:初步探究了塑料薄膜压延过程的计算机仿真系统的设计方案,并对该方案进行了验证,结果表明,所选取的Visual Basic用户操作平台,操作简单易学,稳定不易出现漏洞;基于流变理论的纯黏性幂率流体进行建模,其结果与期望符合;在软件开发过程中,完善了压延过程建立的专用模块,同时建立了大量通用模块;验证性实验的结果证明了实验的正确性及有效性,即所采用的理论、数学模型和算法都是正确的。In this paper, a program of computer simulation system design of plastic film calendering process was proposed and tested. The test results confirm that the Visual Basic operation system used in the test is a simple and stable system. The mold according to the pure viscous power law fluid theological theory simulation is matched with expectation. The modules of rolling process were optimized during the software development process and a large number of common modules were established. The result of verification experiment proved the correctness and effectiveness of experiment theory, mathematical model and algorithm.
