摘 要:材料的各向异性是影响光敏树脂固化快速成型构件力学性能与工业应用的重要因素。针对光敏树脂固化快速成型中的DM9895光敏树脂类橡胶材料、DM8505光敏树脂刚性材料以及ABSlike光敏树脂类丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物材料,开展不同铺层方向光固成型拉伸试件的力学测试实验,探讨铺层方向对光敏树脂固化快速成型构件力学性能的影响。研究表明:随着光固化增材制备过程铺层方向角度递增,构件拉伸强度与拉伸断裂能呈递增趋势。ABSlike光敏树脂光固化成型构件力学性能最优,可直接作为承载构件实现工业应用。Material anisotropic is a vital factor of the mechanical properties and industrial application field of photosensitive resin curing rapid prototyping components. Based on the rapid prototyping curing materials of rubber-like resin material DM9895, rigid resin material DM8505 and acrylonitrile-butadiene- styrene resin material ABSlike, tensile experiments of different ply orientations specimens were carried out, and the influence of ply orientation to the mechanical properties of photosensitive resin curing rapid prototyping specimens were investigated. The results reveal that the tensile strength and tensile fracture energy show an increasing trend with the ply orientation angle increment by the specimen processing of photosensitive resin curing rapid prototyping. ABSlike photosensitive resin curing rapid prototyping components have optimum mechanical properties, and can be used as a bearing member to realize the industrial application directly.
