摘 要:在己内酰胺的开环水解过程中,加入不同比例的双羧基磷系阻燃剂(RFR-P),合成了阻燃聚酰胺6(PA6)。研究了阻燃剂RFR-P对PA6的相对黏度、热稳定性、阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,加入RFR-P后,阻燃PA6的初始热稳定性和相对黏度下降,热结晶峰温度、熔融峰温度和断裂强度均未发生太大变化,阻燃性能明显提高。相比于纯PA6,当RFR-P的添加量为己内酰胺添加量的4%时,所合成的阻燃PA6极限氧指数由21%提高至28%,UL 94阻燃等级从V-2级提高到V-0级。热失重测试表明该阻燃剂是通过促进PA6成炭进而起到阻燃作用。In the ring-opening hydrolysis process of caprolactam, we added different proportions of two- carboxyl reactive phosphorus-based flame retardant (RFR-P) to prepare flame retardant PA6. The effect of RFR-P on the relative viscosity, thermal stability, flame retardancy and mechanical properties were studied. The results show that: when adding RFR-P, the relative viscosity and initial thermal stability of flame retardant PA6 decrease; the thermal crystallization temperature, melting peak temperature and breaking strength do not change too much; the flame retardant performance is improved significantly. When the flame retardant PA6 was synthesized with caprolactam and RFR-P with the ratio of 100 : 4, the limiting oxygen index increases from 21% to 28% and the UL 94 flame class increases from V-2 level to V-0 level compared with pure PA6. TGA test indicates that RFR-P has the ability of promoting char forming of PA6.
