云南省2005-2014年卫生资源状况分析

摘　　要：整理分析云南省2005-2014年的各类卫生资源相关数据,为进一步优化卫生资源配置,提高资源服务利用率提供参考依据。结果显示:各类卫生资源(机构数、床位数、卫生人员数、万元设备等)总量明显增加,大部分分布在医院,基层医疗卫生机构相对较少,呈现减弱趋势;全省床位数增长较快,超过国家、云南省的指导配置标准;每千人口拥有的执业(助理)医师、注册护士仍相对不足。提出合理配置现有卫生资源,继续加强基层医疗卫生机构的建设;提出控制床位增长速度,继续加强卫生人才队伍建设的建议。Analyze health resources data from 2005 to 2014 in Yunnan so as to provide reference basis for further optimizing health resources and increasing resources service utilization. The Results showed that gross of all kinds of health resources（ the number of institutions,sickbeds,health staffs,medical equipments over 10000 yuan RMB,etc.） were significantly increasing. Most of them were in the hospitals,less of them were in grass root health institutions. It showed weaken trend. The amount of sickbeds increased rapidly,it over the guide configuration standard of the state or Yunnan. Practice（ Assistant） physicians per thousand people,registered nurses per thousand people were relatively lack. It proposes to allocate various types of health resources reasonably,strengthen the construction of grass root medical and health institutions,control sickbed growth rate,strengthen the construction of health talent team.
