摘　　要：飞行护士是空运救护人员中的重要组成部分,在空运后送中发挥着不可或缺的重要作用。分析国内外飞行护士的职业发展现状,有助于促进飞行护士在我国的发展和成熟。本文归纳总结了飞行护士的职业特点及其在空运后送中的地位和作用,对比分析了国内外飞行护士的实践与研究现状,提出了飞行护士在我国的职业发展展望,以期对我国飞行护士的培养和发展提供借鉴。Flight nurses are an important part of the air transport medical team and play an indispensable role in the aeromedical evacuation. Understanding the current situation of flight nurses＇ career development is beneficial to Chinese flight nurse. This article summarized the flight nurses＇ professional features as well as their position and effect in aeromedical evacuation, compared the present situation of flight nurses＇ practice and relative research in China and abroad, proposed the prospect of flight nurses＇ career development, in order to provide reference for the training and development of flight nurses.
