摘　　要：我院作为首批成立姑息治疗机构的三级甲等医院,经过8年的探索,已初步形成较完善的姑息护理实践模式。本文对我院专业人员的培训,姑息护理团队的建设,姑息护理服务对象、服务内容及具体实施等方面进行相应介绍,并对此提出相应的思考与展望。Our hospital was one of the first group of tertiary Grade A hospitals which established palliative care agency. After eight years of exploration, we have initially formed a complete model of palliative nursing practice. In this paper, we introduced the professional training, the construction of palliative care team, the service object, service content and the concrete implementation, and put forward the corresponding thinking and outlook.
