婴儿硅胶奶嘴在结膜囊冲洗术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 :调查婴儿硅胶奶嘴在结膜囊冲洗术中的应用效果。方法 :选取2014年1月至2015年2月我院眼科需要行结膜囊冲洗治疗的患者共2015例,随机分为观察组1010例,对照组1005例。观察组应用婴儿硅胶奶嘴冲洗器,对照组应用一次性16号无菌针头制成的冲洗器,分别进行结膜囊冲洗。对比两组的用物准备时间、材料费用、交叉感染率、冲洗效果。结果:观察组用物准备时间、材料费用、平均冲洗时间、平均冲洗量少于对照组(P<0.001);结膜充血(++)度例数、(+++)度例数少于对照组(P<0.001),结膜充血(-)度、(+)度患者多于对照组(P<0.001)。两组的交叉感染率没有统计学差异(P=0.278)。结论 :应用婴儿硅胶奶嘴冲洗器冲洗效果佳,更省时、有效、节约成本,具有较大的实用价值。Objective： To discuss the application effect of infants＇ silicone nipples in conjunctival sac irrigation procedure. Method： Totally 2015 cases with conjunctival sac irrigation treatment in the Ophthalmology department of our hospital from January, 2014 to February,2015 were selected, including 1010 cases in observation group and 1005 cases in control group. The observation group used silicone nipples for flushing and the control group used No. 16 sterile needles instead, and then compared the two groups on preparation time, cost of the supply, cross infection rate, and flushing effects. Result： The preparation time and cost of supply in the observation group was obviously lower than the control group（P〈0.001）; The average flushing time and average flushing volume in the observational group was less than the control group（P〈0.001）; The conjunctival congestion（-）（＋） in the observation group were more than the control group（P〈0.001）; The conjunctival congestion（＋＋）（＋＋＋） in the observation group were less than that of the control group（P〈0.001）. Conclusion： Using silicon nipples for conjunctival sac irrigation has great effect as it saves time, more efficient, reduces cost and cross infection rate. It＇s highly appreciated and should be spread throughout the industry.
