摘 要:电动天窗已经成为很多轿车的标配,国内在吸收国外设计经验的基础上进行了国产化,期间出现的问题很多。研究天窗的结构设计,提高国产电动天窗的装车成功率,是轿车整车厂、天窗零部件厂关注的突出问题。介绍了轻量型天窗的结构设计过程,主要论述了运动机构设计、装配结构,以及机构的动力学分析过程。该研究对于轿车天窗的改进有重要意义。As the development of technology,sunroof has been the standard configuration.In the process of domestic electrical sunroof localization,a lot of problems are needed to be solved.Studying the structural characteristics of the electric sunroof,improving the design level,and achieving lightweight skylight are concerns of car companies and car parts company.The structural design process of lightweight electric sunroof was explained.The mechanism design,assembly process,and the dynamics analysis process were discussed.The study has great significance on the improvement of car electrical sunroof.
