摘　　要：越野车辆工作环境复杂,常常面对严峻的路况,轮胎会出现爆胎现象,需要装配备胎架。结合工程实际,对备胎架设计进行优化并利用软件建立易损件——挂钩的仿真模型进行强度分析,实现结构及性能的优化。All terrain vehicles often face on rigor road,the types may be damaged sometimes.It should be equipped with type rack.Combined with engineering practice,the design of the type rack was optimized and the strength analysis of the hook was completed to realize structure optimization and reliability improving.
