摘　　要：高温灼烧变速器清洁度样品杂质,用强酸溶解后,使用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP)实现对杂质中铁、铜、铝的准确定量分析,计算出无机物、有机物含量。The cleanliness samples impurity of a heavy duty truck transmission was burned,then it was dissolved in acid,the contents of iron,copper,aluminum in the impurity were analyzed accurately by using inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer（ ICP）,the contents of inorganic matter and organic matter were calculated.
