摘　　要：金融服务实体经济是金融发展的本质要求,对当前中国经济发展具有重大意义。然而,金融领域的"脱实向虚"现象较为显著,已经成为制约中国经济发展的重要障碍。该文从制度缺陷及其表征的分析入手,从制度执行、制度保障、制度内涵和制度活力四个方面提出了金融制度创新以更好服务实体经济的路径。Finance service the real economy is the essential requirement of financial development, which is of great significance to the current economic development in China. However, the phenomenon of ＂off real to virtual＂ in the financial field is significant, which has become an important obstacle to the economic development. Starting from the analysis of the system defects and its characterization, this paper puts forward the path of financial system innovation to better serve the real economy from four aspects： the system implementation, the system guarantee, the connotation of the system and the vitality of the system.
