摘　　要：中共十八大明确提出,实施创新驱动发展战略,推进科技创新、加快转型升级,着力构建现代产业发展新体系。近年来,合肥市立足"大湖名城、创新高地"战略定位,紧紧依靠科技创新,从"企业、产业、人才、平台、机制"五个层面推进创新型城市建设,着力构建创新生态系统,推动各类创新要素活力迸发和最优组合,促进科技创新与产业转型的深度融合,走出了一条以科技支撑跨越发展、以创新引领转型升级的新路子。The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward that to implement innovation driven development strategy, promote scientific and technological innovation, accelerate the transfor- mation and upgrading lent gene and deep so , and strive to build a new system of modern industrial development. Hefei city has the excel- il of scientific and technological innovation as one of the four famous cities of science and edu- cation and the first national science and technology innovation city. In recent years, Hefei city promotes the con- struction of innovative city from five aspects of enterprises, industry, talent, platform and mechanism, strives to build innovative ecosystem, and stimulates the vitality and optimal combination of all kinds of innovative elements, promotes the integration of science and technology innovation and industrial transformation, explores a new way of supporting the development by science and technology and leading the transformation and upgrading by innovation.
