摘 要:磁性液体的稳定性是其一项重要性质,而现有的稳定性测试方法需要专用仪器,测试过程复杂,成本高.利用磁性液体的磁化特性,提出了一种基于并联谐振电路检测在重力场作用下磁性液体稳定性的新方法.采用磁性液体作为电感线圈的芯体,利用磁液中磁性微粒浓度决定线圈电感值的特性,通过测量不同位置线圈电感的变化即可推测出磁性微粒浓度分布和稳定性,并采用调频式并联谐振的集成电路测量电感的变化值.新方法具有成本低、测试方便快捷等优点,为磁性液体稳定性判定提供了新的途径.The stability of magnetic liquid is a very important property.Existing methods for testing stability require special instruments and testing procedure is complicated and costly.According to magnetic liquid's magnetization characteristic,this paper puts forward a new way to measure the stability of magnetic liquid under the action of gravity field based on parallel resonant circuit.This method regards magnetic liquid as the core of inductance coil and can speculate magnetic particle's concentration distribution and stability by measuring the change of coil inductance in a variety of positions according to the characteristic that the concentration of magnetic particles in the magnetic fluid determines the coil inductance.The measurement of inductance value adopts frequency modulated parallel resonance integrated circuit.The new method has many advantages such as low cost,convenient and fast test and so on,providing a new way for magnetic liquid's stability analyses.
