摘 要:为了解目前上海地区住宅空调的能耗现状与特点,通过调研获得2014年全年逐月的用电量数据及住宅建筑情况,采用改进型抄表拆分法进行夏季空调能耗分析。结果表明,住宅的户均夏季空调能耗为317kW·h,约占全年用电量的13.9%,平均夏季空调能耗指标为4.58kW·h/m^2。该地区住宅空调能耗平均水平较低,不同住户的空调能耗差异大。住户的空调使用行为模式仍是当前影响住宅夏季空调能耗的主要因素。In order to understand the status and characteristics of the air conditioning energy consumption of residential buildings in Shanghai,using the monthly electricity consumption data of residential buildings in 2014,analyses the energy consumption of air conditioning system in summer with improved meter reading separation method.The results show that the air conditioning energy consumption of the residential household in summer is 317 kW ·h,which accounts for 13.9% of annual electricity consumption,and the average air-conditioning energy consumption index is 4.58kW· h/m2.The average level of residential air-conditioning energy consumption is quite low and the air-conditioning energy consumptions among different households are quite different.Household air-conditioning using behavior patterns are still the main factors,which affect the residential air-conditioning energy consumption in summer.
