摘 要:【目的】研究法特莱克耐力训练对青年伊犁马血液生化指标的影响,为青年伊犁马日常耐力训练提供参考。【方法】对6匹青年伊犁马进行为期9周法特莱克训练,前后分别进行12 km测试赛,测定赛前、赛后即刻、赛后15 min及赛后90 min马匹血液生化指标,并进行差异性分析。【结果】在训练前测试赛中,谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、肌酸激酶(CK)、(LDH)、(UREA)和(UA)浓度在赛后90 min较赛前均有极显著差异(P<0.01),CREA浓度在赛后90 min较赛前呈显著差异(P<0.05),LACN浓度在赛后90 min较赛前差异不显著(P>0.05)。通过为期9周的法特莱克训练后,青年伊犁马血浆中ALT、AST、LAC、UREA和CREA浓度在赛后90min均能基本恢复至赛前水平(P>0.05),CK、LDH和UA赛后90 min浓度较赛前呈极显著差异(P<0.01)。【结论】分析比较青年伊犁马血液生化指标,马匹经过训练后身体机能得到明显改善,法特莱克法可作为青年伊犁马日常耐力训练的方法之一。【Objective】To study the effects of Fartlek endurance training on blood biochemical indexes of young Yili horse with an eye to provide a reference for the daily endurance training of the horse.【Method】Six young Yili horses were selected through a period of nine weeks with Fartlek training,respectively 12 km test race before and after the training,and then the difference in horses blood biochemical indexes was analyzed before the test,immediately after the test; 15 min and 90 min after the test.【Result】Test showed that during the test race before the training,the concentration of ALT,CK,LDH,UREA and UA in 90 min after the test all displayed highly significant difference than before the test( P〈0. 01),the concentration of CREA in 90 min after the test was more significantly different than before the test( P〈0. 05),the concentration of LACN showed no significant difference( P〉0. 05). After nine weeks with Fartlek training,the concentration of ALT,AST,LAC,UREA and CREA of young Yili horse blood in 90 min after the test could all basically relapse to the levels of before the test( P〉0. 05),the concentration of CK,LDH and UA in 90 min after the test,the difference was wider than before the test( P〈0. 01).【Conclusion】Through the analysis and comparison of the blood biochemical indexes of young Yili horse,after training,their body can be significantly improved for physical function and Fartlek training can be used as a daily endurance training methods for them.
