含油污泥填充凝胶颗粒标准的应用

摘　　要：为了实现油田含油污泥无害化处理,降低油田生产成本,同时将含油污泥变废为宝,采用本体聚合法,将含油污泥代替斑土填充到凝胶颗粒中制备出一种价格低廉的深部调驱剂。依据Q/ZY-CGYY11-2012《含油污泥填充凝胶颗粒调驱剂技术条件》企业标准要求,对含油污泥填充凝胶颗粒调驱剂的膨胀性能、热稳定性进行评价。结果表明,制备生成的调驱剂具有良好的高温稳定性,能够满足高温高盐油藏调驱的需要。在室内试验的研究基础上,自2013年起,规模生产出的含油污泥填充凝胶颗粒调驱剂在中原油田多种类型油藏推广应用19个区块,累计注入含油污泥填充凝胶颗粒调驱剂138.22×10~4m^3,处理含油污泥10.38×10~4t,累计措施增油42590t,累计增气1278×104m^3。In order to achieve the harmless treatment of oilfield oily sludge, reduce oil production costs and make full use of the oily sludge, a low price of deep profile control and oil displacement agent is prepared using oily sludge instead of bentonite filling gel particles by bulk polymerization. The expansion performance and thermal stability of the prepared profile control and oil displacement agent are evaluated according to the requirements of the enterprise standard Q/ZY-CGYY11-2012 ＂gel particle profile control agent filled with oily sludge＂. The results show that the prepared profile control and oil displacement agent has good high-temperature stability and can meet the needs of high-temperature high-salt reservoir for profile control and oil displacement. Based on the laboratory experiment, the profile control and oil displacement agent had been applied in large scale to different types of reservoirs in 19 blocks of Zhongyuan Oilfield since 2013, the profile control and oil displacement agent of 138.22×10^4m^3 had been injected, which achieves a cumulative increase of oil of 42590 t and gas of 1278×10^4m^3, and the oily sludge of 10.38×10^4t is treated and utilized.
