摘 要:对鄂尔多斯盆地某油田注采系统适应性进行了全面的评价,分析其合理性并进行优化,以达到提高注水效果、增大最终采收率的目的。利用谢尔卡乔夫公式法,并结合生产资料,论证了某油田的合理井网密度,认为合理井网密度为28口/km^2,目前的井网密度是比较合理的(29.44口/km^2)。对注采系统进行优化分析,认为生产井的流压设定在0.9~1MPa,注水井的井口压力可以设定在6.76MPa,合理地层压力为2.75MPa。在合理注水压力下,通过注水量的增加,实现了产液量、产油量的翻番。The adaptability of the injection-production system of an oilfield in Ordos Basin is comprehensively evaluated, the rationality of it is analyzed and the injection-production system is optimized in order to achieve the goal of improving water injection efficiency and increasing the ultimate oil recovery. The reasonable well density of the oil field is demonstrated based on the Sher Cacho J formula and the dynamic production data. It is held that the reasonable well density of the oilfield is 28/km^2, and the current well density 29.44/km^2 is more reasonable. The optimization analysis of the injection-production system shows that the flow pressure of production wells should be set at 0.9~1.0MPa, the wellhead pressure of the water injection wells can be set at 6.76 MPa, and the reasonable formation pressure is 2.75 MPa. Under reasonable water injection pressure, the liquid production and the oil production doubled by the increase of water injection quantity.
