摘　　要：文章介绍了国际载重线公约的主要内容及相关的检验,根据半潜式钻井平台结构型式的特点,总结了半潜式钻井平台在执行国际载重线公约初次检验时的特殊方面以及目前业界的做法。对于目前国际公约、规则和国内规范中未明确的方面,参阅国内外规范的相关规定,给出了推荐做法,供业界参考。The paper introduces the main points of the International Convention on Load Lines（ILLC） and relevant surveys. The features of ILLC initial survey for semi-submersible drilling unit and the practices of the industry are summarized according to the structure features. For the aspects without clear requirements in the international convention, codes and domestic rules, oversea rules are referred to and the recommended practice is raised for industry reference.
