科技期刊自建网站中网络期刊的制作方法——以《高压物理学报》为例

摘　　要：【目的】为实现科技期刊自建网站的网络期刊发布,以适应网络出版的发展趋势,提升期刊影响力。【方法】以《高压物理学报》为例,针对期刊原始数据的特点,提出了基于网刊发布系统Journal Online 2.0,结合ABBYY FineReader的OCR文字识别功能、Photoshop的批处理功能以及Microsoft Office Word宏工具的网刊制作方法。【结果】从摘要、全文、图表、首页预览图、参考文献等方面,详细介绍了制作方法的过程和要点。【结论】该制作方法简单,易于掌握和操作,无需额外经费支出,对于人员和经费有限、未开展或未深入开展网络期刊工作的期刊编辑部具有一定的借鉴作用。[Purposes]In order to adapt to the development trend of netw ork publishing,it is necessary to make Internet journals on scientific journal w ebsites,w hich may contribute to increasing the journals＇ influence. [Methods]In the case of Chinese Journal of High Pressure Physics,according to the characteristics of the original journal data,w e propose a method of making Internet journals,w hich is based on Journal Online 2. 0 and makes use of the OCR（ character recognition） function of ABBYY FineReader,the batch-processing function of Photoshop and the macro function of M icrosoft Office Word. [Findings] The method is presented in detail,including the abstract,the full text,charts,the first page preview and references. [Conclusions]This method is simple,easy to operate,and has no additional spending. It is helpful for the editorial departments w ith limited personnel,funds and w ithout high-quality Internet journals.
